The Firm has represented a number of cities, parishes and other political bodies in their public finance needs as Bond Counsel. We have also developed substantial expertise in the private activity area of public finance. The Firm is listed in The Bond Buyer's Municipal Market Place publication (the "Red Book") and has been engaged as Bond Counsel on statewide pools. The Firm has represented numerous underwriters from coast to coast.
